The position will be based in the Warsaw office along other members of CH2M team. This position provides a wide variety of project and
technical support services at a project level. 

Requirements:

• Acts as an assistant of project manager
• Supports project manager and technical team in collection/distribution
  of data, communications, coordination of meetings with the Client and materials
  or preparation of reports associated with a project
• Assists with monthly project reporting status technical and
  administration including stakeholders
• Coordinates, updates and maintains of project lists and
  databases
• Liaisons with client staff on a regular basis to support
  successful delivery of the project
• Participates in delivery phase on all stages
• Monitors project execution and progress, including staff resources,
  schedule, scope and client issues, necessary to achieve a successful project
  completion – Direct contact with CH2M/Client PM and the Client staff
• Drives innovative thoughts and ideas within the design
  staff. 

• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering: Highways or Structures
• Very good knowledge of Bentley, AutoCAD environment
• Good knowledge of software design supporting i.a. InRoads,
  Civil 3D, MX
• 0 to 5 years’ experience within an Project environment,  
• Minimum 1 year of project related support experience preferred
• Good English language skills
