The Antal SSC & BPO team specializes in providing recruitment services for shared services and outsourcing centres. Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. AP/AR Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Daily operations in AP or AR department
  
• Participate in transition from Client site and documenting the process
  
• Transference the knowledge gained on transition to the team members
  
• Generate the continuous improvement ideas and support transformation initiatives
  
• Pays attention to keeping deadline
  
• Cooperate with the delivery teams from other delivery locations
  
• Ensure high quality of services
  

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
  
• Very good knowledge of English (Italian nice to have !)
  
• At least 2 year of experience in accounting
  
• Customer orientation
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Precision and ability to work with figures.
  
• Demonstrating excellent analytical skills.
  
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office (e.g. Micorsoft Word, Excel).
  
• Ability to work under time pressure
