IT and TELCO Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Position purpose

Capgemini Group is opening a new  Global Procurement Project in Krakow that will focus on European sourcing activities, managing supplier performance and binging value to the Capgemini Global organization.  By joining the fist members of the team you will have a chance to cooperate  with  the global procurement professionals, built new structures and teams in Krakow office and have direct impact on the strategic sourcing management.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Provide souring activities in IT & Telco category for German speaking  countries
  • Cooperate with global IT& Telco procurement category Leads  
  • Implement global frame agreements in European Countries – German speaking
  • Support supply chain management
  • Manage complaints and vendor relationship
  • Verification and post –signing management of contracts
  • Deploying global Service Level Agreements and Master Service Agreements
  • Cost optimization and providing saving initiatives
  • Acting as subject matter expert for the supported country
  • Understand and drive adoption of procurement policies and processes 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Strategic Sourcing experience in Procurement
  • Interest in IT & Telco Category
  • Bidding management experience – preferably for different localizations and departments
  • Global team work experience
  • Strong Client Relationship management
  • Ability work comfortably under pressure
  • Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and influence at all levels
  • Proven ability in strategic innovation and problem solving
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent command of English on B2 or higher
  • Fluent German is a plus
  • Skilled at building reports, executive presentations for senior level management
  • Independent in decision-making (as you will operate on budgets up to several thousand Euros)
