ASSISTANT FIELD COORDINATOR

Position description

The role is suitable for entry level graduates who are keen to progress into a field management career within the market research industry.
AS ASSISTANT FIELD COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:
-          Work closely with the field coordinator and field manager to assist with the day to day tasks required for successful delivery of our client’s market research projects.
-          Be responsible for administrative tasks such as: the creation of fieldwork schedules and the monitoring of recruitment; receiving progress updates from vendors and sending these to clients.
-          Work within agreed budget and time parameters and must ensure any potential issues with projects are flagged up and dealt with in an efficient manner.
-          Be responsible for booking venues and freelancers and relaying this information to clients.

Requirements

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

-          Be proactive and highly organised with good arithmetic skills.
-          Enjoy multi-tasking and be able to work to tight deadlines
-          Have strong interpersonal skills and fluent English both written and spoken as the role involves communication with clients and vendors worldwide
-          Have knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
