STRONGIT ApS is a Danish-owned engineering consulting company with a steady growth since start-up 6 years ago. We have been ranked AAA for our healthy economy, with offices in Graasten (near Flensburg), Vejle (central Jutland) and Ballerup (Copenhagen). We solve a high number of different engineering development tasks for our clients, mainly at our customer’s sites or at our own locations. Our customers knows us a very serious player in the market and we intend to maintain this image. We are seeing increasing demand for engineering consultancy services and is now seeking talented senior software engineering consultants with start-up by autumn 2016. We are primarily expecting projects to be developed in Denmark, but are also expecting some projects made remote from Poland.

Senior Software Engineer profile

The right candidate will be able to mark a higher number of the following requirements:

• You got multiple years of experience (+ 8 years) with embedded development
  
• Must be able to work in teams and a cross other teams
  
• Experience with real-time embedded software design and development
  
• Experience with software unit testing
  
• Practical experience in debugging and troubleshooting
  
• Practical experience with low level MCU programming
• Practical experience with application development
• Experience in designing and developing test procedures, including test plans and test scripts
  
• Strong C / C ++ programming and experienced in object-oriented design + UML
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as Linux, Free RTOS and SMX
• Experience with Qt Framework
  
• Experience with wireless technologies such as Z-Wave, Bluetooth Low Energy
  
• Experience with the Wind Turbine industry and Home Automation will be an advantage.
  
• Your English language skills are good (both spoken and written) and you are perfectly fine working in teams, where English will be the primary language.
  

Education

• We expect you got an educational background as Engineer, Electronics Engineer or similar.
  

Personality

We imagine that you thrives doing various tasks at different customers. One project, you will be at the customer site and work as part of their development team and on the next one you might work remote on your own. You are a senior developer, meaning many years of professional experience with development and you are willing to go that extra mile during periods where the project requires it. You must be outgoing and communicating well using English.

You will be required to stay in Denmark for longer periods (from weeks to months) of time working on projects.

Further, it will be a big advantage if you have previously experience working as a consultant and might as well have a good network in Poland to other potential consultants, as we expect to recruit more going forward.
