Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

designing and architecting the systems and be the liaison between the Software Engineers and Test Analysts and the Product Managers
measuring effectiveness of product design using customer satisfaction data
being the functional design leader and gatekeeper by designing, reviewing, gathering customer feedback and overseeing implementation of end-to-end functional solution
reviewing existing design for gaps and develop an improvement plan based on your initial experiences
so in one sentence: you must be passionate about solving hard customer problems in the most elegant ways

Desired skills:

minimum 2 years (junior) or minimum 5 years (senior) of experience as an IT consultant, developer or designer
strong technical skills and problem solving abilities to drive the overall business case, scope and design goals
process oriented and good knowledge of application data modeling
strong ability to design effective solutions and influence design decisions. User knowledge of UML and Agile Development Methodologies SCRUM or Lean development
experience with User Interface Design and usability principles
excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal is a must
