RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Location: Kraków

Region: małopolskie

Key responsibilities:

Development relationships with the key customers
Searching, interviewing and assessment of candidates
Managing executive search and recruitment projects
Attend new client meetings and presentation of our HR services & solutions
Representation of the company at various social occasions and networking events

Requirements:

Min. high school
Previous experience in HR/recruitment (recruitment in HR agency)
Background or knowledge of IT is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Communicative level of English, fluent Polish is must
Knowledge of Czech language is an advantage
Business mindset
Client and results oriented
Energetic and positive personality with high professional and social performance
Team spirit, team player essential
