Leads and sets direction to the team that drives the overall performance measurement of Run IS Services and the team that drives the overall IS Run Asset Management lifecycle.
Maintains a global view of IS service and performance across all relevant service towers and IS services.
Ensures optimization of IS asset utilization during the lifecycle and maintains IS asset administration.
Proactively develops plans to effectively manage the IS asset lifecycle from a commercial perspective.
Leads the overall IS Run asset management lifecycle to ensure efficient and effective management of the IS estate and support IS related financial and commercial decisions.
- IS Delivery
Accountable for performance measurement and reporting lifecycle for ABB IS Run services.
Incorporates the aggregation and consolidation of IS Tower Services reporting into end-to-end IS business service reporting. This is fed to the Service Delivery & Assurance team for discussion with the relevant service towers and IS services.
Identifies potential for performance measurement and reporting improvements from an end-to-end IS business service perspective and facilitates actions in the relevant parts of Global Services Delivery and Global Technology Operations.
Accountable for the IS Run Asset Management lifecycle for ABB IS Run services, ensuring that ABB fulfils its legal, statutory and audit requirements in relation to asset use.
Ensures delivery of a CMDB and asset register that is accurate, effectively controlled and updated to support efficient and effective management of the IS estate and IS related financial and commercial decisions.
Identifies potential for asset management lifecycle improvements and facilitates actions in the relevant parts of Global Services Delivery and Global Technology Operations.
- Processes
Ensures the IS Service Level Management team executes their assigned activities in the service catalog management and service level management processes and that the Asset Management team support optimized IS service delivery.
- IS Standards
Proactively develops and maintains strategic objectives and targets for Service Level Management and Asset Management teams and drives a standardized way of working globally.
- Budget
Manages and is accountable for overall adherence to the Operational Supply Management budget.
- Stakeholder Management
Ensures satisfaction with Run IS services performance reporting and measurement by assessing expectations, and verifying that actions are taken to close any gaps.
Manages relationships with Head of Global IS Technology Operations, Global IS Tower Services Manager, Global IS Service Delivery & Assurance Manager, Global IS Service Design & Introduction Manager, Global IS EUS Manager, Global IS Vendor Manager and country level IS support team leads to maintain collaboration, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
Ensures satisfaction with the asset management lifecycle by assessing expectations, and verifying that actions are taken to close any gaps.

Deals with and provides input for any change or project which has, or might have, a major impact on area of responsibility.
There is no mandatory base location for this position. The location of this position is flexible and can be based out of any ABB site.
