For our Client a prestigious international company, due to growth of its structures in Kraków we are seeking to recruit a highly professional and qualified candidate to fill the position of Subject Matter Expert in Financial Analysis

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

  • - Perform AS IS analysis and collect required information for the Impact
    analysis; facilitate Impact analysis and resolution
    - Design common operational frameworks to enable stability, consistency
    ay and effectiveness in the processes transitioned to Krakow
    - Asses process complexity and validate language dependencies
    - Recommend an appropriate knowledge transfer model which can
    establish levels of complexity, levels of standardization, etc.
    - Identify the Pre-OJT training needs (together with Transition Manager &
    Training Manager)
    - Base-line data collection (together with the Sending team SME's),
    interpret data and FTE sizing revalidation
    - Validate SLAs / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs/PPIs)
    - Analyze performance during Ramp Up and proposing corrective actions
    - Identify improvement opportunities and designing the implementation
    road map, capture lessons learned and best practices from each OpCo,
    and integrate them into future Impact resolution / improvement
    roadmaps
    - Hand over to Operations in Krakow
    - Perform analyses of the BPM process and proposes the relevant reports
    split, defining the standard and non-standard reporting activities and
    the regular planning cycle tasks, in order to have an accurate and
    effective batch of reporting activities transferred to the centre
    - Identify process risks and mitigation, and design solutions to minimize
    the impact of process risk transfer
    - Drive his/her own personal development in leadership, functional
    competencies and business knowledge by creating, agreeing and
    implementing his/her Development Plan

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

  • - At least 5 years of experience in Finance / Accounting,
    preferably in a cross-border pan-European Shared Service Centre
    - Exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiar with the financial and ERP systems
    - Working experience on US GAAP or IFRS is a plus
    - Excellent knowledge of the transactional processes
    - Drive for continuous improvement and process standardization
    - Strong analytical skills
    - Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
    - Effectiveness in transferring thoughts and ideas to others, ability to drive process changes
    - Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
    - Excellent communication skills (including verbal, written, presentation skills)
    - A drive for continuous professional development in self and others
    - Required extensive travelling abroad (50% of the job)
    - Excellent language skills in English (written and spoken) and a second European language would be an asset
