Our client is a major multinational company with distribution operations in Southern Poland. As a result of continued growth, the company is currently looking for a highly experienced and energetic candidate for the position of Financial Controlling Manager. The selected candidate will report directly to the Finance Director responsible for Poland operations.
Opis stanowiska:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of specialists in the controlling department - Responsible for managing planning, forecasting processes for full P&L - Prepare cyclical reports, weekly, monthly, quarterly, for management purposes locally and abroad - Prepare annual budget and constantly monitor variation between actual results from forecasted results - Provide and review ad-hoc analysis of budget, financial metrics, and other ratios - Implement systems and controls to improve the quality and efficiency of the financial reporting process
Kogo szukamy:
- University degree in business/finance or economics related field - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in controlling with multinational compnay - Experience in big 4 audit company is an advantage - A highly self-motivated, proactive and flexible individual - Ability to work in a high paced, results oriented international environment - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills - Experience with IT tools including ERP System; Advanced Excel skills are an advantage - Fluent English required
