Responsibilities:

The challenge

To ensure that all HR processes in scope are conducted in accordance with the Service Level Agreement at any time. To connect, communicate and interact with employees and managers in EU regarding queries to HR processes. Execute on activities and tasks on HR processes identified as part of the BSC scope (predominantly operational and administrative activities).
 

Key responsibilities & tasks

  • to conduct transactions in SAP HR (hirings, changes, transfers and terminations) based on input via portal, mail and/ phone from employees and managers
  • to inform employees and managers on local employment conditions in their country
  • to act as primary contact point for all employee queries and contact point for standard manager queries
  • ensure optimal service deliveries from external suppliers
  • Employee and Manager Query handling
  • process employee personal data changes in SAP HR
  • manage employee e-files
  • define and establish positions in SAP HR
  • process employee termination procedure
  • coordinate hand over and file removal process
  • administer leave of absence and contact/ reporting to authorities
  • conduct and maintain standard HR reports
  • provider administration
  • filing and ad hoc reporting
  • updating knowledge documents and procedures

Requirements:

  • HR operational experience
  • in-depth HR process knowledge
  • SAP HCM user
  • Sharepoint/ Intranet usage
  • fluent English is a must, any additional language advantageous
