Our Client is a major international company, operating worldwide in Finance/Banking sector.
They are currently looking for an ambitious, creative, and highly experienced candidate for the role of Reconciliation Team Leader. This individual will be a key member of the management team responsible for growing and developing the staff of Investor Services Department as well as reviewing and improving the department policies and procedures.

Opis stanowiska / Job description:

• - Interact and communicate with the accounting staff and custody to resolve open items and work towards reducing risk and maximizing efficiencies.
  - Ensure reconciliations between accounting and custody are being performed timely and accurately
  - Timely mentoring & Coaching of team members
  - Track team's performance against the defined KPI and ensure that SLAs are being met periodically as agreed with the line of business
  - Ensure even distribution of work
  - Review formal daily reconciliations for discussion with accounting and / or custody to resolve open items to work towards reducing risk and maximizing efficiencies

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:

• - University degree in finance/banking/economy;
  - At least 3 years of experience in accounting or banking sector
  - Financial instruments product and accounting knowledge
  - Professional Qualification (i.e. CFA, CIMA, ACCA) would be an advantage
  - Advanced English
  - Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  - Pro-active approach to issues
  - Ability to work under pressure
