Software Support Specialist

Then we can offer you the role as System Specialist at DeLaval’s department Farm management and Support Systems, located in Wroclaw. We are working within the field of develop, create and maintain Herd Management softwareand Automation products for the DeLaval systems.

As a System Specialist you will work with our Farm Management products in a team
of dedicated colleagues and you will focus on:

• Software maintenance and support for the DeLaval organization and customers
• Training materials development
• Providing trainings for sales organization, dealers and customers
• Acceptance testing of new solutions
• Development of instruction books

The work is performed in close cooperation with sales organizations and R&D working on software development; international traveling and customer visits are required.

Qualifications:

• University degree in computer sciences or equal
• At least 3 years of practical experience from installation, support, training and maintenance of software and computer network systems
• Fluent in English, writing as well as speaking

Skills required:

• Organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people across functions and cultures
• Energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious, willing to take the lead in communicating the capabilities of DeLaval Farm Management solutions
• Genuine interest in Dairy Farming
