Job description

• Bank booking
• Cash allocation
• Credit hold management
• Dunning process coordination
• AR reporting 
• Direct debit
• Active analysis of client’s accounts and taking corrective action
• Dispute management
• Close cooperation with AP and RTR teams

Candidate

• Accounting background/ education and experience
• Good practical knowledge of English or German
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Highly developed communication skills, team player
• Professional attitude, with the ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Experience in SAP Accounts Receivable system preferably
• Good all round Excel skills
