The Antal SSC & BPO team specializes in providing recruitment services for shared services and outsourcing centres. Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

Due to the rapid development of the global banking organization located in Gdansk, we are looking for a Depositary Team Leader with French and Italian.

Job description

  •  The first line managing the depositary team,  
  • Setting the operational goals for the team and development goals for the individual team members,
  • Additional management of the operations status, monitoring process flows and procedures,
  • Controlling: timelines, accuracy, and competences of work conducted,
  • Managing conflicts within the team members,
  • Risk and information management. Identifying and taking action to correct procedural weaknesses,
  • Training requirements determination,
  • Contributing new ideas and procedures to further streamline the operational process.

Candidate

  •  Finance background (education and experience),
  • +2 years of people management experience,
  •  Good command of Italian, French, and English,
  •  A thorough understanding of fund administration is required,
  •  High organization, management, and leadership skills,
  •  Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
  •  Results driven, good problem solver, self-motivated, pro-active, detail-oriented,
  •  Ability to work under pressure,
  • Strong communicational skills.
