Marketing and Sales Manager

The Electrification Products business provides a full range of low to medium voltage solutions to connect, protect, and control measure and power a wide range of utilities, electrical installations, enclosures, switchboards, electronics and electromechanical devices. We are now seeking applications from suitable qualified and experienced persons for the position of Marketing & Sales Manager for Medium Voltage in Przasnysz. The person hired on this position will be responsible for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. The part of the responsibilities will be leading, developing and coaching the Marketing & Sales department and managing the marketing and sales action plans to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Tasks:

  • Creating, planning and implementing the market and sales strategies according to the global marketing and sales strategy, budget and efficiency targets;
  • Establishing and monitoring marketing and sales targets and implementing improvement plans if required;
  • Developing relations with key customers and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Identifying and monitoring the sales market price levels; evaluating pricing impact on the results;
  • Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates to ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Higher degree, preferred technical or economical faculty;
  • Previous experience in similar managerial position in industrial environment;
  • Very good knowledge of B2B sales channels and indirect sales;
  • Ability to conduct complex negotiations with client’s and internal stakeholders locally and globally;
  • Proven successes in building effective sales and marketing strategies and sales organization management;
  • Ability to analyze and implement optimizations and changes in sales processes;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Business oriented; 
  • Fluent English and Polish;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Driving license category B.
