Kierownik logistyki / Logistic Supervisor

Job purpose

Our Logistic Supervisor will be in charge of managing distribution and controlling open stock information of factory, as well as ensuring the correct shipment of goods and payment of bills in the regular basis.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Warehouse related tasks

• Entering and dispatching goods from warehouse 2.Storing goods  in warehouse

Shipping related tasks

• Creating export and import  documentation
• Ensuring arrival date of cargo
• Licensing procedures from authorities
• Booking of shipments
• Surveying and deciding distribution  providers
• Claiming insurance when necessary
• Creating distribution cost reports and distribution cost statistics

Other tasks

Daily implementation of 5S
Other dutties as assgined
(Shall be understood to mean minor or incidental tasks related to the position being described)

Experience

• More than five years experiences in distribution company required
• Management experience and experience working for a Japanese company  preferred
• Experience handling receiving and dispatching of goods in warehouse in the manufacturing industry Required or preferred

Qualification and Skills

• business level of English required
  
• Polish language ability required

Physical requirement

• Walk, move, etc. The person in this position needs to move occasionally about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Warehouse team leader, shipping team leader
  

REMARKS

• Availability to go on overseas business trip for a long period of time
