Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

Currently for our Client, we are looking for Candidates for the position of: Accountant with German

Job description

AP Department:

  • booking and reconciliation of bank accounts,
  • contact with external and internal clients,
  • investigate, propose and execute the implementation of further P2P process improvements,
  • customer service: dealing with e-mail and phone queries, maintaining a regular relationship with suppliers and client,
  • provide relevant reporting, validate data and analytics.
AR Department:
  • post incoming payments (domestic and foreign) and collect unpaid invoices with attention to detail,
  • monitor of customer’s orders, payment terms and risk factors for different entities,
  • post all relevant accounting transactions of month end close process,
  • processing of direct debit,
  • processing payments from collection agencies.

Candidate

Candidate:

  • fluent German and very good English,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • ability to work under pressure,
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook),
  • high accuracy and focus on details.
