- establishing project management set-up, including planning activities, scope definition, documentation, pre-requisites, Team roles and responsibilities,
- project monitoring to meet time, budget and quality objectives; quality management to identify and implement project improvements,
- establishing communication set-up for virtual Team’s cooperation,
- maintaining of dedicated reporting routine for counterparts, including Client side, Account Upper Management stakeholders, technical Teams, AT&T,
- ensuring final product readiness in terms of compliance and audit requirements,
- undertake reviews with the Requestor to address any issues/concerns raised,
- maintain reports and contribute to inputs and outputs from RFS, Project, team and service management processes,
- working with and in virtual Teams,
- contributing in dedicated solutions/ services development.
