• Lead team to meet production requirements by balancing workload across the team, ensuring team is trained in appropriate applications and tools, anticipating and resolving inhibitors to campaign management and production, and creating a work environment suitable to productivity, high quality, and safety
• Provide input on hiring, compensation, reviews and terminations for team members
• Works proactively with GSC Leader on the planning of vacations, work hours across the team, ensures with GSC Leader that work arrangements are compliant with Polish Labor law
• Contribute as a member of the Global Campaign Services leadership team, meeting regularly with the group, sharing best practices and knowledge, collaborating on global staffing issues and quality improvement ideas
• Facilitate interactions with Account Management (base in either the United Kingdom or the United States) to ensure a solid understanding of responsibilities and deadlines
• Help associates construct their carrier and development plans to aid them in the achievement of their carrier objectives
• Lead the team in evaluating its performance against goals
• Periodically facilitate interactions with the client to ensure a solid understanding of campaign requirements and deadlines
• Monitor time-tracking of team to ensure accurate invoice elements
• Ensures completion of time tracking for associates on a weekly basis
• Manage and execute all aspects of the email marketing campaigns as a Campaign Specialist on some occasions; including use of the ImpactX application
• Provide specific campaign management expertise as needed for clients
– Troubleshoot issues (e.g., html/text templates, url/redirector issues, personalization)
– Act as client-data, segmentation, html and email package expert for client and team
• Ensure team output is consistent with Acxiom and client quality requirements, and that the team adheres to all QA processes
• Lead team in process improvement efforts by:
– Providing input for account planning/improvement
– Identifying new tools/enhancements and impact on production performance
– Identifying best practices for team
– Identifying root causes of negative quality trends, recommend solutions
– Identifying training needs (processes, tools, and policies)
• Serve as team coach and mentor
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings
• Serve as the spokesman of the team and represent the team in leadership meetings
• Provide input on team members’ objectives and ensure these are being met.
• Administer team activities such as work planning, task scheduling, overtime, time off and team celebrations
• Provide initial setup for newly hired associates, this includes desk, Wise terminal, telephone etc.
