Central System Operator ICBS (OS/400)
- Realization of tasks 24/7 (processing, monitoring, storaging and other operating tasks of ICBS system and all of remainig central systems supported by Operator Team of the BZ WBK.
- Handling and processing of ICBS test environments (OS/400); Realizing of provisioning Data Warehouse (implementation of scenarios, monitoring status of each scenario, escalation and recording incidents).
- Monitoring of central systems, using tools Sitescope, CA Wily, Agentless with recording incidents in Remedy and their escalation.
- Regression testing and production support test set.
- Handling and processing of ICBS test environments (OS/400); Realizing of provisioning Data Warehouse (implementation of scenarios, monitoring status of each scenario, escalation and recording incidents).

Warehouse Manager
- Organizing and coordinating the work of warehouse personnel.
- Oversee the operation of the warehouse.
- Planning and coordinating the smooth flow of goods and inventory records.
- Management of a 4-person team.
- Making decisions, watch over schedule, analysis of the situation and troubleshooting.
- Organizations own work.
- Invoicing, accepting deliveries.
- Packing and shipping of orders.
- Delivery of goods to the customer.
- Customer Service
