- Month-end and year-end closing activities
- Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations
- Prepare and enter all journal entries into the accounting software
- Preparation of VAT declaration for German entities
- Initiate all transactions required to correct any misstatement of the General Ledger
- Bank accounts reconciliation and identifying/resolving outstanding items in the reconciliation through appropriate escalation with colleagues
- Provide all the necessary trainings for younger employees and support when needed
