- overall control of the company’s accounting function, treasury matters and risk management;

- responsible for developing and maintaining financial systems and internal controls that meet the requirements of users
- decision support aimed at optimization of financial / accounting solutions and business simplification
- cooperation and communication with external and internal stakeholders

- experience gained as manager working in international environment for a Big 4 company (Ernst and Young Audit Sp. z o.o.)
- chartered accountant (biegły rewident) qualification and ACCA Member
- work experience with diverse portfolio of clients – retail companies, production companies (including oil and IT), real-estate, etc.
- excellent knowledge and experience in accounting, reporting (also group reporting), tax, IFRS, SOX (internal control), etc.
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
