Managing multiple 1-6 months complex projects connecting bilding infrastructure (servers, networks) and delivering software solutions. Budget of largest project were estimated on the level of 200 000 EUR. To the main responsibility in those projects we can include:
• administration of the IBM DB related to the project
• managing : budget, risk , scope, schedule, project change
• meeting with customer ( preparation project plans, meeting minutes)
• main contact person during implementation of the change that were having impact on the project

• negotiation of the contracts with potential clients ( presales activity),
• plan and manage large scale projects,
• prepare pricing for client,
• responsible for server and storage solution,
• responsible for Cisco server solution,

• contracts negotiation with potential clients,
• planning and managing designated projects,
• establishing Project Management Offices at clients’ sites,
• providing necessary coordination and planning for the contractors along with the subcontractors,
• implementing project management and disciplines in the areas of scheduling, quality control, communication management, cost management and procure management,
• training, motivating and managing technical team,
• developing project plans and responsibility for project profit and loss

• working knowledge of SAP/R3 module MM and SD,
• System of controls for dual-use items – control plenipotentiary position,
• implementing Internal Control System,
• auditing Internal Control System,
• ordering products and services needed for projects realization,
• establishing and sustaining good relations with suppliers,
• assuring prompt and complete deliveries,
• organizing transport to customers’ headquarters,
• controlling warehouse supplies,
• supply chain management,
• invoicing,
• using PRINCE 2 method in all levels of management logistics project.
