Obowiązki:: 1. Coordinate remote and on-site IT Infra service delivery related work and projects. Areas of responsibility:- global Infra and cross-technical projects, production/automation, change management and service development.
i. coordinate customer teams and global operation functions
ii. monitor and audit daily operational issues
iii. resource coordination and management
iv. service delivery management for IM responsibilities
2. Support global IT infra service delivery according agreed SLA, with regular review to ensure performance is satisfactory
3. Support delivery of 24x7 Emergency Duty service for all Service Delivery areas.
4. Involvement in assessing the quality of IT project deployments and prepare proposals for enhancement and development.
5. Monitor site service delivery performance and recommend resolutions and improvements to the IM Global Operation Functions. This audit and advisory process will assist in ensuring a high standard of SLA/OLA achievements in all IT disciplines (including cross-functional teams).
6. Cooperate and work with all IT disciplines (global, divisional, strategic) to ensure a consistent high quality of work at all times.
7. Participate in the "Business Service Team" concept, ensuring that the needs of both business and IT functions are satisfied.
8. Support the BITA function in it's links and activities with business and IT; adhering to SLA's and OLA's, with recommendations for improvement.
9. Support the UPM change management processes across IT functions in order to resolve issues, provide service stability and implement service improvements.
