Project Manager - Mobile and Java
I lead two teams of developers: Mobile and Java.
Mobile team builds StepStone's iPhone and Android native applications as well as mobile web solutions. It's a strong team of professionals that work together around common goal. We cooperate with Product Managers, UX teams and external contractors.
Java team develops backend integration and data exchange solutions. We make a heavy use of various elements of Spring framework.

Technical Team Manager
I was leading a small team of extraordinary software developers. We were migrating MTVNE websites to new platforms and creating new platforms ourselves. We maintained the sites by working closely with clients from Poland, Hungary, South Africa and Israel. Cooperation with company headquarters in New York and London.
In the role of Technical Leader I've guided the team in the super-fast process of building a new content publishing platform based on WordPress.
My highly independent position required me to effectively communicate with many people, organize work for me and the team and clearly understand the business of the company. I actively participate in the recruitment and planning processes in my department.

J2EE Designer / Developer
Development and customizations of an insurance CRM system handling all the customer communication as well as calculations of insurance cover rates, issuing policies and handling damage claims. The system was a large J2EE application running on a BEA Weblogic and Oracle database.
