Senior Financial Recruitment Consultant
I am responsible for complex management of full life-cycle recruitment projects for various positions at all levels of seniority including graduate roles, specialists, subject matter experts, team leaders and managers. I have been acting as an account manager for one of our clients over the last few months.
Responsibilities at the position:
- direct contact with clients (Investment banks, GSSC’s, BPO’s): analysis of their recruitments needs, establishing cooperation principles, planning activities, executing the agreed process
- day-to-day communication with both clients and candidates to provide the highest quality of service
- preparing job descriptions, choosing the most profitable advertising strategy and posting job adverts
- searching candidates: direct search, search & selection and head-hunting
- CV screening and qualifying candidates for a specific position
- candidates’ phone screening
- face-to-face interviewing
- providing HR consulting, building relations with clients and candidates
- reporting and follow-up for all stages of the process
- providing information to both clients and candidates on labor market trends in SSC/BPO sector

- training delivery for new joiners
- acting as a point of escalations for technical issues within the company
