Manage the regional telecommunications and infrastructure services on a day to day
basis.

Administer teams activities – vacations, work schedules, personnel reviews, etc

Manage O-I’s Intel servers, storage, operating and monitoring systems. Optimize O-I’s total cost of ownership while providing information technology service management and delivery which meet or exceed customer expectations within the region supporting 37 Plants

Develop and maintain relationships with local information technology partners including providers of hardware, software, and IT services (based upon global standards and agreements).

Input into the Development, management, measurement, and forecasting of telecommunications and infrastructure budget & forecast.

Aligns and deploys resources to business requirements and priorities

Liase with Global domains in the definition of O-I’s global telecommunications and infrastructure standards. From time to time participate in global work teams.
