Obowiązki:: Main responsibilities:
* Implement approved business process changes to more effectively utilize the SAP
system;
* Work with SCM key people to assess business needs and communicate system and
process changes;
* Build the level of knowledge and awareness of SAP capabilities;
* Maintain and develop applicable policies, processes, and procedures;
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and global SAP experts at
other locations;
* Be responsible for the development, deployment and implementation of training
programs;
* Interact as the voice of the SCM to the IT organization to ensure the type and level ofservices provided;
* Facilitate the implementation of regional and local business process solutions;
* Seek out best practice and drive adoption throughout the EMEA organization;
* Work with the CCS EMEA site leads and power users to ensure process integration and continuous improvement of processes across all ERP-enabled EMEA groups;
* Work with the Change Management lead to manage security, training and communications requirements within the Supply Chain area.

Obowiązki:: Main responsibilities:
* Configuring and deploying the SAP system in test environment;
* Preparing test scenarios, testing data and executing test plans to eliminate defects;
* Building training materials and training end-users of the implemented/supported system;
* Analyzing the incidents and problems, finding the root cause and identifying possible solutions;
* Implementing selected solution and documenting the process;
* Extended business trip (5 months) to Adidas-Group, Germany to complete 3 projects as SAP Business Analyst
-SAP system upgrade - Coordination, communication and testing;
-SAP Data Archiving Project - Introducing SAP data archiving to remove application data from the database in a consistent and secure way;
-Integrated Distribution Roadmap Project - Supporting expansion plans provided by senior management, by computer - aided methodology; Mapping own retail data to market GEO information data to help the business to identify real estate opportunities;

* Implementation of SAP R3 and APO in production plant transitioned from Irl to PL;
* Ensuring that processes are being organized appropriately, well supported and controlled;
* Maintaining systems (SAP, APO);
* Managing and coaching people, deploying goals, providing support and building team spirit among employees;
* Capacity and DRP planning;
* Key accounts management;
* Extended business trip (6 months) to production plant in Ireland to complete knowledge transfer to Poland;
