- set-up and define each project using IBM's methodology, creating and maintaining all
necessary and standard PM documents, reports and plans
- working with the RS Delivery PMO Lead, to define and implement an appropriate
Project Management System that utilize the existing PMO capability
- provide day to day direction to the project team through regular project status
reports
- ensuring that effective communication plans are defined and executed to establish
effective communications & on-time status reporting to the team and the RS Delivery
Transformation Program
- ensuring that all Project Plans are consistent and integrate with the overall
department’s Delivery Transformation Program
- ensure compliance of all projects as per IBM policies and processes
- supporting the Complex Program Manager in delivering the overall transformation
program and meeting the stated goals and outcomes

- performing SAP testing, ensuring compliance with the schedules and priority
of testing activities
- analyzing test cases and providing regular progress reports
- identifying and documenting software defects
- being a Primary Tester during System Integration Testing in US (phase 2, 3, 4)
- being a Test Captain during User Acceptance Testing in Germany
- participating in the development of Procurement procedures (documentation
gathering, preparing manuals and process maps)
- collection and review of different kind of data for system migration
- participating in daily and weekly update calls
- delivering SAP system trainings to end users

- developing billing processes, procedures and policies
- keeping in daily contact with international client
- being a SPOC for other departments, providing training and support on billing issues
- supervising and coordinating preparation of monthly invoices
- reviewing various reports to identify and address discrepancies

- determining the best delivery methods and negotiating rates
- identifying and evaluating any special needs for each load
- updating and performing data entry into company database
- monitoring daily system performance
- maintain relationships with outside vendors and identify new vendors as needed
