Obowiązki:: I'm in charge of a 20+ people development team. I'm working on designing software architecture and assigning resources to tasks. My other responsibilities are to estimate projects based on the provided specifications.

I'm also involved in making sure that the team constantly develops its skill and recruiting new team members when needed. I've done a series of technical workshops and trainings that allowed better usage of the technologies the company was using.

I'm also involved in implementation of web-based software in ASP.NET (C#, Sitecore CMS, MVC3) and mobile applications (iOS and Android). I've been involved in many challenging and interesting projects for world known companies.

Obowiązki:: I was responsible most of the time for designing and implementing web-based software in ASP.NET (C#, Sitecore CMS). I was in charge of Microsoft Outlook integration project (VSTO). I was also involved in designing and implementing several web sites in PHP using CakePHP and Zend Framework frameworks.

I've spent last couple of months working on mobile applications for iOS. Some of those applications were designed to be strickly for internal use (ad-hoc deployment) while others made it to the AppStore.

Obowiązki:: I spent most time in ISSP designing and implementing online survey system that is being used as mystery shopping tool. This application was designed in PHP (Zend Framework) using MySQL database. As part of the work I created some tools that further extended the possibilities of this software and allowed integration with 3rd party systems. Most of those tools were created in C#.

I was also involved in creation of the work scheduling web application that was being used by a call centers to better organize the work.

Obowiązki:: I was part of the 3-man team that have designed and implmeneted an online business communication platform. This was relatively big project with lots of modules serving different purposes that had to be integrated to ensure the application as a whole is stable and working. I was involved with all phases of the project starting from requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation and deployment.

Part of the work was to research and find best possible out-of-the-box solutions that could be integrated with the platform.

Obowiązki:: I was developing websites for different customers during the studies. I've worked on a number of different projects mostly involved in both back end and front end programming. Most commonly used technologies used by at that time were PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

I spend some time during this period researching PHP frameworks which were quite new back then. This allowed me to gain an expierience with different design patterns they have used which was a good supplement to theoretical knowledge I've gained at the same time at the technical university.

Firma:: Wojewódzki Inspektorat Transportu Drogowego (od 2003-02 do 2003-06)

Obowiązki:: This was my first IT-based job. I was responsible for maintaining over 10 workstations and company server. Workstations were running Windows XP and several tailored services that I had to make sure work correctly.

On the server I had to define some basic security policies and install web server to host the website.

I was also responsible for designing and creating the aforementioned website which was my first commerce PHP product. The website was fairly simple but it served it's purpose for several more years before it was replaced with another project.
