- Assessment of the strategic hierarchy of importance and urgency of the conducted projects - building of the strategic tasks schedule.

* Feasibility study for target IT landscape / Car financing bank (01.2011 – 05.2011)
- Identification of business processes and KPIs,
- Analysis of the current IT system, IT infrastructure, IT processes, IT services,
IT organization, and the current level of business support ,
- Comprehensive target IT architecture preparation (systems architecture, data architecture, data interfaces),

* Progress analysis of 1 of 26 individual projects realized in PO IG (Operating Program – Innovative Economy) – analysis of ePUAP2 project / Implementing Authority for European Programmes (10.2010 – 01.2011)
During this project I was responsible for:
- Coordination of team members and subcontractors work,
- Assessment of audited project compliance with approved project schedule,
- Assessment of audited project, actual expenses compared to plan and identification of possible savings,

* Redesign of credit processes for business clients / Rapidly growing Polish universal bank (07.2010 – 09.2010)
During this project I was responsible for:
- Assessment of IT architecture supporting credit process (Credit Process Management System, scoring/rating tools, other tools and systems) in terms of functionality, usability and integration,
- Conducting end-to-end RFI process including preparation of scoring model,
- Preparation of services catalogue for target IT architecture supporting credit process,
- Preparation of functional requirements for new Credit Process Management System,
- Design of target IT architecture supporting credit process.

* Back office process assessment and reengineering / Leading Central European e-commerce company (12.2009 – 05.2010)
During this project I was responsible for:
- Business process assessment and redesign for: finance and accounting, controlling, internal security, procurement, IT services, human resources, project management,
- Conducting end-to-end RFI process for ERP system selection including preparation of scoring model,
- Preparation of scoring projects method (project portfolio management).
