Launch Manager, PG CS Europe Ops Launch (above the Plant)
I am a member of Operations Team responsible to lead a new Launches above the plant level:
-> Mlada Boleslav (Customer: Skoda),
-> Kargujavac (Customer: Fiat),
-> Abrera (Customer Audi, Seat),
-> Zwickau (Customer: VW),
-> Bor (Customer: BMW)
-> St.Pete (Customer: GM),
-> Bierun (Customer: Fiat/GM),
My primary function is interface with the Program Management to ensure all phase requirements is completed by the plant teams. Creating, follow-up and tracking Launch project timeline. Prepare and managed launch cost budget. Attending to Quality and Launch audit team as corporations’ requirement.

Launch Engineer, CS Europe Ops (Launch above the Plant) - Mioveni
I was a member of Operations Team to supporting a new Launches above the plant level in Mioveni (Customer: Dacia). My responsible was assures plant has all support needed to launch the process and product successfully. Develop, communicate and follow-up all aspects contained in project timeline, open issues list and containment actions.
Launch Engineer, OPS Russia PM St.Petersburg
I was a member of Operations Team Russia responsible for few projects (Customer: Nissan and GM). My responsible was lead Plant launch team to achieve the program's targets on time and ensure the customer milestones, internal deliverables and engineering deadlines. My duties were included managing all elements of the New Product Launch Manufacturing Readiness, creating detailed implementation plans and their detailed product realization. I worked as part of a launch team to ensure the program achieves customer milestones, identification and registration of the problems associated with the product, process and quality system, as well as their implementation in order to implement solutions.
