Leading Data Warehouse, Reporting & Business Intelligence projects in Portfolio Planning and Delivery (PPD) team as part of Business Reporting IT (BRIT) unit within the division Group Functions IT.

BRIT is delivering group common management reporting solutions which are one of the main sources of decision material utilized within all management levels in the organization.
PPD is focusing on ensuring internal capability and capacity for driving change through effective management of the IT development portfolio and buildup of internal project management community.

Key responsibilities:
- Executing key IT projects within the BRIT development portfolio
- Driving an idea from maturation all the way to delivery/project closure
- Delivering project outcome according to the business requirements and scope statement
- Efficient stakeholder management and collaboration
- Ensuring delivery of working software through fulfilment of the quality requirements
- Securing sufficient handover of the project outcome to the operation organisation
- Complying with legal and business regulatory requirements

Management and participation in the implementation of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution projects. Leading consulting projects in the area of Project & Portfolio Management.

Main duties:
- Participation in offer preparation process for potential customers
- Preparation and realization of products and services presentations for potential customers
- Analysis and management of customer requirements for products and services
- Implementation of business solutions for project, program and portfolio management processes
- Designing IT solutions supporting project, program and portfolio management processes
- Management of implementations of IT solutions supporting project, program and portfolio management processes
- Management of production teams during implementation
- Preparation of business and technical documentation for projects
- Preparation and realization of trainings in the area of business and technical solutions supporting project, program and portfolio management processes

Establishment of Program Management Office (PMO) for Core Banking System replacement program with budget reaching hundreds of millions PLN. Setting up PMO structure, processes and staffing requirements, performing deep financial analyses for the program acceptance process in GE, planning tranches for program benefits realization and analyzing program dependencies with other initiatives in BPH in terms of scope, schedule and resources.

Main duties:
- obtaining buy-in from program stakeholders
- securing funding for the program according to corporate process
- cooperation with functional managers and project coordinators during the whole project life-cycle
- cooperation with corporate subject matter experts and gathering know-how from other GE businesses worldwide
- planning, leading, monitoring and reporting program progress

- supporting ITIL processes regarding delivery and support of IT services

Experience:
- Leading projects in the area of new banking sales systems of various size and complexity, from single customer function with local vendors to cross-functional multi-generations projects with multiple offshore vendors and with budgets up to hundreds of thousands PLN
- covering whole project life-cycle from initiation, stakeholder buy-in and securing funding through planning, analysis and execution till deployment and closure
- participation in project management process improvement initiatives including implementation of project and portfolio management tools (PPM) - HP Project & Portfolio Management Center (PPMC)
