Obowiązki:: Developing Java Record Layers (various Call Data Record decoders) as plug-ins to “Revenue Office”, CAPE’s flag product. (2 years in summary). Customers: VFEG, VFIE, VFUK, VFAU (over 1 year). Participating in the projects from its beginning to the support phase. Preparation/planning/momentary team leading/technical leading of 3 people team for VFAU. Work allowed me to get really advanced understanding of projects life cycles. It relies on independent, correct decisions under the short time limits. Great communication with partners inside and outside the team has always made the project go forward making it not only challenge to deal with but also opportunity to meat really different kind of personalities.
