Finacial Service Desk for Dutch and Belgian departments of the clients company,
Handling and analyzing queries regarding outgoing payments,
Main contact between the client, suppliers and accounts payable,
Handling of e-mails and calls from vendors with questions about payments of their overdue invoices,
Controlling and collecting necessary data from vendors and client to complete invoicing, booking and payment process.
Resolving different queries in finacial enviroment.
Building good and trustful relations with the customer and his vendors.
