Junior Service Delivery Manager
manage delivery, coordinate incoming requests and outcome deliverables
- plan, coordinate and balance incoming workload as well as managing in tools as well negotiating directly with external customer (managing current volume of workload, forecasting, drive to clarity on expectations, priorities and quality aspects), manage delivery of expected deliverables to customer
- build and maintain relationship and collaboration between account team, client and delivery team
