- Negotiating and signing the agreements with candidates;
- Maintaining solid and good relationships with consultants as well as the psychological, legal and formal help in solving problems.

- Independently coordinating recruiting processes for speciality posts on high and medium level: planning action in short-term and long-term projects, searching for the best candidates in the international market, carrying recruitment interviews with candidates mostly in English, working on application documentation, negotiating contracts, preparing for interview with government managers, helping with relocating candidates, supporting consultant during day to day work – keeping high morale, solving issues, keeping positive relations;
- Reporting directly to HR Manager;
- Helping in improving recruitment tools and competency models including behavioural interview using STAR method;
- Represent the company on foreign delegation: look after the company image, acquire new candidates, keeping good relations with VS consultants, lead up business meetings;
- Co-creating and organising training sessions in the field of personal branding;
- Supporting new employees with knowledge and experience, advising in crucial issues;
- Psychological testing for predisposition and skills of the candidate through a psychological diagnosis using psychological tests and tests of intellectual ability;
- Supervision of the candidates included in the database, the constant updating of information on candidates;
- Monitoring and updating of the candidates (certificates, courses, certificates);
- Maintaining solid and good relationships with consultants, psychological, legal and formal help in solving problems;
- Study of customer satisfaction and consultants contentment.

- Supporting recruiters in current projects: leading the interviews in English, creating candidates profiles and specifications, selecting the best applications, creating reports, directly reaching for candidates at medium and higher level;
- Supporting research and develop results from: satisfaction, periodic assessment and work motivating surveys;
- Supervise company fanpage and developing company awerness in social media;
- Oversee CRM database;
- Contacting with collages and carrier offices;
- Analysing and reporting in the field of HR consulting market.
