- teamwork,communication and relationships(lead by example, motivating individual as well as team performance to reach/exceed set targets,demonstrating and encouraging reability and flexibility as the business demands, to train and direct the team efficiently,organising motivational and informative team meetings and briefings regarding products and procedures as appropriate

Obowiązki:: the responsibilities were very similar in both companies ,although in Chanel i managed to attend many training courses , which were leading me to train my team

Hobby:: I am interested in fashion and Make up , this is connected to my studies , but thanks to the experiences at my work places i developed many business and team leading skills, which is huge part of my career at the moment . i could easily say that my job is my hobby

Inne:: I am a hard working social individualwho has transferable customer managment and sales skills. As an outgoing , confident and friendly person i feel i am ideally suited to a new challenging role. A good team player, with eye for detail, i would relish the opportunity to progress in a new working environment.
