Web Filtering provides customers with tools to enforce their Acceptable Use Policy and manage the customer’s end users’ access to the Internet. It helps protect the end users from exposure to inappropriate or offensive web content, as well as eliminate time wasted on social networking sites, streaming media, gaming, instant messaging and peer-to-peer applications.
Duties:
- Determine website categorization;
- Respond to customer’s inquiries into website classifications;
- Process customer websites list requests;
- Help identify merchants’ websites’ URLs;
- Provide surge support with reviewing websites;
- Check the HTML code of the above-mentioned websites;
- Provide feedback to Product Managers regarding suggestions for software improvements.
