Performing search and selection activities in ERP / IT projects - EMEA region
- Business development
- Running competence based interviews
- Creating competence reports after interviews
- Marketing open positions in existing internet channels
- Identifying new marketing sources

*Creating pools of candidates
*Preparing,translating and publishing job advertisements
*Creating new ways of recruiting (eg. social media)
*Screening candidates
*Direct and Executive search
*Conducting phone interviews (Polish/English)
*Preparing Internet postings and maintaining contact with Labor Offices across Poland
*Managing contact with both candidates and customers
*Database administration (Bond adapt, MS Outlook)
*Internal trainer in recruitment procedures
*Providing comprehensive recruitment solutions for potential clients
*Preparing,translating and publishing job advertisements
*Creating new ways of recruiting (eg. social media)
