Supporting a Team Leader in managing a team of 25-30 Accounting Associates, ensuring that the service level meets the requirements of the SLA, setting, managing and achieving realistic targets and goals for the team including those relating to finance, performance and quality. Managing the knowledge within the team, daily supporting of accounting associates in operational issues. Managing customer relationship & resolution of customer issues. Leading improvement projects. Customer contact person for French organizations.

Taking part in UK migration of Accounts Payable processes to SSC and than performing them on daily basis. Posting financial documents on accounts payable side, preparing payment proposals to vendor suppliers, reconciliation of intercompany accounts. Preparing month end closing reports with regard to AP processes, preparing internal control standards as well as reports for client. Participating in various projects carried out within AP department, holding a position of Internal Trainer.
