    • Coordination and legal advisory in the field of Intellectual Property and branding policy: responsible i.a. for drafting and negotiating brand licenses, coordination of trademarks registrations in Polish Patent Office and OHIM, seeking amicable remedies to IPR breaches in the field of brands, trademarks and internet domains

    • Participation in the projects in multinational environment, e.g. legal advisory and cooperation in international tenders concerning umbrella (frame) contracts for the provision of telecommunication services for corporate entities in Europe

    • Responsible for drafting and adjusting above-mentioned contracts to mandatory regulations of Polish Telecom and Civil Law

    • Participation in working out concepts for bundling telecom services with other services

    Compliance, Legal Risk Assessment, Banking

    • Drafting and adjustment of the contracts to the internal policies of the company and regulatory requirements of the local and European law

    • Adjustment of contracts governed by foreign laws to requirements of internal policies, local business and mandatory regulations of local laws

    • Legal advisory in the negotiation of the financial and banking contracts i.a. bank guarantees, loan agreements, bank accounts agreements also in the aspect of protection of the data covered both by telecommunication and bank secrecy

    • Daily cooperation with Data Protection and Regulatory departments with regard to contract assessment in the light of internal policies, as well as support in adjusting internal procedures to the legal requirements

    • Assessment of legal risk connected with implementation of business solutions, with emphasis on civil, criminal, administrative liability

    • Legal advisory in prevention from unfair market practices and certain deeds of unfair competition like breach of confidentiality, trade secrets, implementation of legal means against leaks of personal data, in particular in the aspects of telecommunications

    • Adjustment of internal procedures and business needs - connected with provision of telecom services - to Consumer law and Data Protection law
