* Responsibility for entire Finish product’s logistics chain: production plannnig, production control, manufacturing itself, storage, dispatch,
* Exemplary annual area output: MFG assembly: ~0.8mln Steering Systems, components machining: ~21mln sub-components, logistics: ~540 truck's shipments,
* Responsibility for department’s finances: creation & monitoring of each section’s budget, creation & implementation of cost reduction strategies for subordinate sections,
* Optimization & standardization of department’s working environment & cooperation with other key section (components logistics, quality assurance, process engineers),
* Building, managing and motivating of subordinates (Three sections: steering systems assembly & subassembly group (182 people), components machining group (116 people), production planning (logistics) group (12 people), IT group (3 people)
* Implementation of projects linked with line transfer process (5 lines) and implementation of new projects (6 projects),

- Incorporating warehouse working standards (FIFO, documentation, procedures)
