I have one room ( 20m2) well designed, 2004 building, for rent, in 50m2 house, the price is ~1100 zl /month (price including Internet connection an bils). I look for English speaking person. The building is located on Niewielka street, good standard housing. 15 min to center (bus line 108 to city center, and 167 to SGH University). I’m 24 old (25 in august), my name is Piotr, actually I work in full time in International company, and after vacation I going to start second studies on SGH University.

Hmm, I know that the rent for flats (48 sm., a bedroom and a living room of 18 sm, bills and a parking space incl.)in this housing estate is about 1800PLN. My friend's living in one of such apartments.
I guess 1100pln just for a room in a shared place seems a bit of a rip-off, doesn't it?
As far as the standard's concerned, it's relatively fine but might be a letdown if sb's a bit more demanding.

Can moderator perform and do some cleaning of this useful thread?

I do not need to watch show-off of knowledge of English; spelling mistakes are unavoidabled in any language on Internet. Same with colloqualism or shortcuts in expressions.
And normally are acceptable.
