Temat: Services Fulfillment Specialist
We are currently recruiting for a position of Services Fulfillment Specialist.This role provides primary responsibility to:
ensure high quality and timeliness of input into the asset, i.e. hardware and/or software, tracking database(s); provides process documentation and training activities as necessary; and ensures audit-readiness of all processes, tasks, and activities.
Activity responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, interface with Support Team organizations; monitoring of processes, data flows, and data repositories to ensure assets’ data elements are being collected, handled, stored, and reported accurately; performance of timely asset data updates to maintain accuracy of database repository(ies); identifying possible asset discrepancies and managing discrepancy resolution process to closure; procedure and process documentation; and asset reporting and measurements.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 1 year experience in Support Contracts/other documentation Management or similar
* At least 6 months experience in Service Fulfillment Administration or similar
* Basic knowledge in Data update to maintain accuracy of database
* Good knowledge of Ms Office, reporting tools or systems, additional software etc.
* Nice to have good knowledge of Lotus Notes
