Our mom isn't only "facebook-nie-dziekuje." She's "internet-nie-dziekuje." Just a typical 70 year-old, working-class-mother-of-9. Everything new is the Devil (my words not hers). She just wants to access music. Now she has this Compaq laptop and she asked me to teach her how to get to some music and view family fotos. Some crochet patterns (she makes beautiful things - seriously).So I'm going to ask my sister to make a Facebook page for her one of these days and I'll make it her home page for the joke. Someone asked me to log in to their FB account in order to get info from a message. I'm supposed to relay it later by phone. So I logged in with their name and password. But I was redirected to a page that tells me they don't recognize the device I'm using so I'll just have to answer a few security questions. I thought I could so I submitted that choice. Pff what's their first pet's name? C'mon.Then my eyes were OO because I was going to have to identify several people from tagged fotos. The first was easy. Mutual relative. Second, 50/50 by process of elimination. Guessed. Got it. Next? Same thing and I started to feel like I was diffusing a bomb. Got it. The next one blew me up because I chose a name that belongs to someone I know is gay and the guy in the foto looked gay. Isn't. Wrrrrong. "Locked." See what you get?
...and Facebook sucks.

Yeah, a day job kills most of your internet time. And a Yeti doesn't grasp the bliss of it. You keep a surgical fixture on that. Over and out :)

I've been having fb for 4 months, just as a sort of test (actually I don't like the way fb is used by 80% of people). Hence I wrote two articles about it, and the second one (of which you have the link) talks a bit about people I called "extreme facebookians". The only black spot: the article is in Italian, so who's interested may help themselves with google translatorHave fun :)
