preparing various analysis:
inventory vs. targets
stock projections, etc.

coordination of design and implementation of import processes for coated board products imported from USA to EMEA
managing the import processes – from identification of the requirements until the goods receipt
Purchase Orders creation in SAP
Goods Receipts in SAP
Stock analysis
cooperation with all parties involved in import process – Freight Forwarders, Distribution Centers, Steamship Lines, Supply Chain and Customer Service in USA and in EMEA
cooperation with the IP EMEA Finance Department – assisting with price to price compliance

processing and monitoring customers domestic and export orders
dealing efficiently with questions and inquiries from US based customers
responding to customers’ enquiries via telephone and email
proactively informing customers about delivery changes
keeping up to date with IP products, services and procedures
cooperating with the Sales and Marketing Team, Transportation and Supply Chain
