Regional Forecasting Director EMEA
I was responsible for the Regional EMEA Forecasting Department, managing the Team (15 managers) and processes of sales forecasting, excess and discontinued stock planning and business evaluation in 22 EMEA markets for around 1000 stock keeping units within 17 selling periods during the year.
I was co-ordinating the implementation of the marketing strategy and processes designed by the newly created regional marketing organization in 2010.
I toke an active role in the creation process, being directly responsible for the preparing the forecasting strategy 2011-2014.

Regional Inventory Manager EMEA Region
Stock managing in 22 EMEA markets in terms of excess as well as shortage. Execution targets of excess and discontinued products. Implementation sell out plans. Creation, driving and optimization of the supply processes in the region. Active part of the creation global distribution centers in Oriflame.
Regional Discontinued & Obsolete Stock Management CEM
I was supervising and coordinating of the: sell off actions, write off process for 22 markets in EMEA. Cooperating with the cross functional team (global-regional–end markets) I designed excess and discontinued process and procedures accordingly. I was also leading the implementation phase for whole Oriflame (56 countries).
I initiated and implemented the new channels of sell off actions for discontinued stock (as end result we decreased discontinued stock in EMEA warehouses by 17 pp).

Preparation and implementation of the Excess & Discontinued strategy for Russia, Ukraine (top selling markets in the CEE Region) & Kazakhstan.

Pricing and Margin management for discontinued sell off - recognized with the corporate award in 2005. Playing active role during Sales and Operations Planning Meetings by representing the Excess Team for Russia, Ukraine & Kazakhstan.
