Working with all departments to help them plan and manage their budgets and also work closely with the all heads of departments to help them manage the overall business so it makes the most money it can. Reporting directly to CFO.

• Lead the annual business plan development and budgeting process
• Lead the quarterly outlook process
• Provide ongoing financial modeling and analysis expertise to business partners.
• Lead the financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long term strategic initiatives and business plans
Management Reporting
• Responsible for Financial Management Reporting
• Ensure financial management reporting and processes are in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the business
• Develop and prepare a monthly and weekly Management Reporting Package.
• Present monthly and year-to-date financials with accompanying analysis of results
• Develop regular reporting and analysis, including key metrics reports, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required

Responsible for developing, updating, and reporting on Annual Operating Plan for the Store Operations, Field Management and Corporate G&A, including monthly reporting and presentation to executives (including explanation of variances, etc.).Other responsibilities to include analysis of operating results, tests, promotions, etc. along with the development of any number of finance/analytical tools and/or reports for use by the stores, field managers and/or executive management.

Provide financial guidance and assistance.
Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans.
Create and translate operating plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets.
Recommend and follow through on appropriate corrective action.
Prepare appropriate price-volume analyses to identify market trends and profitability impacts of marketplace factors.
Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.
Produce maps, provide web-based mapping support, develop spatial and non-spatial databases, and provide technical support to other GIS staff or team members.

Use advanced technical skills to ensure GIS technology is used properly and efficiently in the company in salons development process.

Assist in the planning for GIS projects, including development of the project scope, task organization, estimates of effort and other required resources, and schedules necessary to complete the project.
